Yay! I'm really excited for this. I remember requesting him at Madame Tussauds in Hong Kong last year. I hope there will also be a Kim Hyun Joong wax figure there. :)...My favorite pose is #1 although Hyun Joong looks great no matter what pose^^ How I wish there's a smiling pose too. His smile is one of his best assets!...I'm also just curious, Madame Tussauds will only give invites and not necessarily plane tickets right? What will happen to winners if they're from outside Korea? I surely won't be able to go there if I win. Although if Hyun Joong will be at the launch event, of course I'd pull all the strings I can to get there, LOL.

Singer and actor Kim Hyun Joong will soon be immortalized as a life sized wax figure.
The hallyu star was recently selected to be made into a wax figurine for Madame Tussauds, a wax museum that first became famous in London and is now a major tourist attraction in several cities across the globe. In a three hour photoshoot, Kim Hyun Joong's figure and appearance were studied on a 360-degree turning table to get a detailed mapping of his full figure. The data gathered were sent to the wax figure makers in the Madame Tussauds studio in the UK where it will be produced.
Madame Tussauds in Busan already announced on Wednesday that they will display Kim's wax figure starting in December. This is considered as a very honorable event since the museum only selects historical and royal figures, film stars, and other renowned celebrities to immortalize as wax figures and displays them at thirteen museums in the world. Kim Hyun Joong even donated the concert costumes he wore for his 2012 Asian Fan Meeting Tour to Madame Tussauds for the said exhibition.
Busan Madame Tussaud’s Marketing Chief Lee Jung Hee said, “We’ve seen an increasing number of visitors to Madame Tussauds in Korea from Shanghai, Hong Kong, Bangkok and other Asian cities as the interest in Hallyu stars is also increasing. In particular, Kim Hyun Joong enjoys high popularity not only in Korea but all of Asia and there is much interest in his upcoming wax figurine.”
To decide on Kim Hyun Joong's pose for the wax exhibition, the museum will hold an event through their official Facebook and Twitter accounts starting November 7-14, where people can vote for their favorite Kim Hyun Joong pose among four photos. The museum will then choose several people randomly on November 15 and send them invitations to Busan.
The Madame Tussauds in Busan displays seventeen wax figures of world famous celebrities, including Bae Yong Jun, Lady Gaga, Johnny Depp, Spider Man, Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, Audrey Hepburn, and Jackie Chan.
Meanwhile, Kim has been busy recording his first Japanese full-length album UNLIMITED is set to hit stores on December 12. He is also currently filming his drama City Conquest, which will hit the airwaves on KBS in the first half of next year.
